Common questions
Can I try Plus before paying?
Yes. The 14-day Plus trial requires no credit card. At the end of the trial you can keep the same account on Free if you decide not to upgrade — your data stays.
When does Pro ship?
Pro is on the v1.5 roadmap. It bundles the practitioner-mode features (client tracking, white-label PDFs, API). Until then everyone who needs more headroom should use Plus, and we will reach out when Pro opens. The button on the card flips to "Upgrade" automatically.
How do I pay outside the US?
Stripe handles USD, GBP, and EUR — you will see local pricing at checkout. Tunisia and Gulf customers can pay in TND via Paymee. Local taxes and exchange rates apply where required.
What if I need more than Plus but Pro is not out yet?
Send a note to support — we adjust the limits manually for serious early users. The hard ceilings on Plus are mostly there to prevent abuse, not to limit real practice.
Can I cancel any time?
Always. Cancellation is one click in Settings → Subscription. You keep Plus access until the end of the period you already paid for.
Will my data leave Iovari?
No, except where you explicitly export it (PDF, share-link, public profile). We do not sell data. The full policy lives at /privacy and is short on purpose.
How do refunds work?
Annual plans are refundable pro-rata for the first 30 days. Monthly plans, given the trial, are non-refundable but cancellable any time.
Do you have a lifetime tier?
Not currently. We may open a capped lifetime offer for early adopters once the product proves; if so, existing Plus subscribers get first dibs.
