Your chart is yours.

Astrology pulls from data that's intimate even before interpretation: when and where you came into the world, the names of the people you love, the questions you wouldn't ask out loud. Treating that data well is not a feature, it's the condition for the product to exist.

We never sell your data. We never train on your conversations. We never share your charts with anyone you haven't explicitly named.

• Your account: email, name, locale, tier.
• Your charts: the birth data you provided, plus the computed positions.
• Your readings and conversations.
• Memories you (or the agent at your direction) explicitly pin.
• Operational logs, kept ≤30 days, scrubbed of content.

We do not store payment card details — those live with Stripe / Paymee. We do not track you across the web. We do not run third-party analytics on your authenticated pages.

When you chat with Iovari or generate a reading, the active chart and any @-mentioned chart are sent to the LLM provider (Anthropic) along with your message. The provider processes it under their zero-retention policy for API traffic — the conversation is not used for training and is deleted from their systems within 30 days.

We never send your email, name, or other charts that aren't part of the current turn. The prompt cache key isolates context per-conversation so ambient leakage is impossible.

You can export your full account — charts, readings, conversations, memories — as a JSON archive any time. You can correct your birth data, your name, your strategy preferences. You can delete your account, which cascades to every chart, reading, conversation, memory, and embedding. Deletion is final and propagates to backups within 30 days.
